Founded in 1974, Finnish Specialglass Ltd is a family-owned company continuing in the centuries-old tradition of glassblowing craftsmanship to the most exacting standards. Our expertise includes processing of ceramic parts and optical and special glass products, laboratory glassblowing, and product development carried out jointly with the client.

We manufacture all special products according to the client’s own design and specification, from individual prototypes through to large series.

CNC-Processing

We manufacture specialist glass, ceramic and quartz products for industrial applications. We supply a wide range of products to hundreds of customers in various industries, from traditional engineering companies to modern ADL companies.

Laboratory glass blowing

Our specialist knowledge of demanding glass blowing processes ensures that we can meet our customers’ requirements. The manufacturing process relies on a long tradition of craftsmanship. We have long-standing relationships with our customers, thanks to our expertise.

Industrial optics

Our key area of expertise includes optical products for various applications in the industry. The products are made to an accuracy of a thousandth of a millimetre, and they can be produced to customer specifications or our design team can collaborate with the customer to find the right solution.
