Company founder Pentti Latopelto began his career at the tender age of fifteen as a glassblower’s apprentice in Helsinki. He worked at Outokumpu Ltd before setting up his own company. The photo shows President Kekkonen and the management of Outokumpu Ltd watching the Master of Industrial Glassblowing at work in the early 1970s.
